OutRecord項目の項目をクリアします。このロジッククラスは1.0.4での動作に準じます。
このロジッククラスはサーバ、クライアント、HTMLGatewayにて動作がそれぞれ異なります。
1.1以降ではエンジンごとの動作の差異が無いDataClear、ListClearを使用して下さい。
