存在チェック(複数指定)

InRecordの値が空("")でないかをチェックします。
InRecordの項目のうち、どれか一つでも項目が空(もしくはNULL)であった場合
戻り値にUSER_ERRORを返します。
エラーの場合で、パラメータに文字列が設定されている場合には、ダイアログを表示します。

COLTEXTアイテムを設定し、その中身が0件であった場合はOKが返りますのでご注意下さい。
COLTEXTが0件かどうかをチェックしたい場合は CheckColtextLineNothingを使用してください。
