In(0)に設定された文字列が、 In(1)のCOLTEXTに含まれているかをチェックします。
COLTEXTの中にデータが見つかったとき、そのIndexをOutItemに設定します。
COLTEXTの中にデータが見つからなかったとき、OutItemに-1を設定します。

結果
Out(0):"3"
(※ Indexはゼロオリジン(0,1,2,3...とゼロから始まる数え方)のため、
