ExecuteParameteの一致による実行モジュールの制御(クライアント)

InRecordに1件とパラメータを指定します。
このBusinessRuleが設定されている行から、ExecuteParameterに設定された 数値分、後の命令を全て無効にします。 ただし、その中にInRecordの値と一致するExecuteParameterを持つ行があった場合は その行の命令は実行状態にします。

例：このロジッククラスが設定されている行が3行目であり
InRecordに1、ExecuteParameterに4が入っているとする。
また、4,5,6,7行目にはそれぞれ1,2,1,2の値が入っているとする。
その場合4,5,6,7行目が処理の対象となるが、InRecordに1の値が
入っているため、ExecuteParameterが1の行は実行状態となる。

結果
4行目：実行状態
5行目：無効
6行目：実行状態
7行目：無効
という状態へ変更される。
