テーブルのItemの値が空文字の行を削除する

入力引数に指定されたテーブルItemの値が 空文字 だった場合には、対象のテーブル行を削除します。
例えば、以下のようなテーブルの設定を行ったとき、

Item1	Item2		Item3
11	12	13
21		23
	32	33

Item1 を入力引数にすると、3行目が削除されて結果以下になります。

Item1	Item2		Item3
11	12	13
21		23

Item2 を入力引数にすると、2行s目が削除されて結果以下になります。

Item1	Item2		Item3
11	12	13
	32	33

Item3 を入力引数にすると、削除対象行はないので実行前と同じ結果が返ります。
