クラスの概要

GatewayProcessSkip	HTMLGatewaySKIP HTMLGatewayにて強制的にSKIP処理を実行する。
IncludeOtherHamc	他のHAMC呼び出し(Include) パラメータにカンマ区切りでフレームとExceptionの物理名を指定する。
RequestForwardOtherHamc	他のHAMC呼び出し(Forward) パラメータにカンマ区切りでフレームとExceptionの物理名を指定する。
