Input設定項目の判定

InputRecord(0)の値が空かどうかを判定する。
InputRecordがTEXTアイテムの場合は、値がNULLか空文字の場合に0を設定する。 何からの文字列が可能されている場合は1を設定する。
InputRecordがCOLTEXTの場合は、データが１件もない場合に0を返す。1件以上のデータがある場合は1を返す。
例えば COLTEXTで1件の空文字データがある場合も、1を返します。

戻り値:

終了処理。保持していた変数などを開放する処理を記述します。
execute の後に実行されます。
