ファイルからアイテムに読み込む

指定されたバイナリファイルからデータを読み取り、アイテムにセットします。

入力となるフィル名を格納したアイテムタイプと出力となる読み込みデータを格納するアイテムタイプを合わす

読み込むファイル名	読み込んだデータを保持するITEM(TEXTorCOLTEXT)

[RULE PARAMETER]

Parameter	-base64 : 読み込んだデータを Base64エンコードし、アイテムへ書き込む。(デフォルト) -binary : 読み込んだデータを そのまま、アイテムへ書き込む。
