日付整合性チェック

YYYY MM DD の形式の3つのフィールドを合せて日付として正しいデータかどうかをチェックします。
エラーの場合、戻り値にUSER_ERRORを返します。
エラーの場合で、パラメータに文字列が設定されている場合には、ダイアログを表示します。

チェック処理を実行します。

戻り値:

int BusinessRuleの戻り値を参照

exit

終了処理。保持していた変数などを開放する処理を記述します。
execute の後に実行されます。
正常終了・異常終了などに関わらず必ず実行されます。
