半角文字変換

全角の文字を一、半角の文字に変換する。
変換対象は カタカナ、数字、アルファベット、記号変換となります。
変換できない文字（漢字等）の場合、そのまま出力します。

終了処理。保持していた変数などを開放する処理を記述します。
execute の後に実行されます。
