共通メモリに格納されたITEMの値を削除

入力レコードに指定されたITEMの値を、共通メモリ空間から削除します。 入力レコードに指定された ITEM が共通メモリにない場合は何もしません。
ここでいう共通メモリとは、デスクトップ内の各画面にて共通にアクセスできるものを指します。
格納される値は製品独自の改行コード、行識別コードが含まれます。
パラメータに値が設定されている場合には、その値をKeyに削除します。
パラメータに値が設定されていない場合には、ITEMの物理名をKeyに削除します。その場合、入力レコード数分、削除処理されます。
