Textの内容をColtextの指定行へコピー
OutRecord(0)に指定されている行番号をnとして、
InText→outColText(n行目)のコピーを行います。
n行目がOutRecordのサイズよりも大きな場合は、不足行に空行を追加して補正し文字列を設定します。
行の指定はパラメータでも指定可能です。その場合はOutRecord(0)は省略して下さい。
