本日日付を取得

本日日付をOutRecord(0)に設定します。
SimpleDateFormatのフォーマットをParameterに指定します。
Parameterが空の場合(設定なし)には、「yyyyMMdd」のフォーマットに変換されます
ex)2000/01/01 15:30:30 のフォーマットは｢yyyy/MM/dd HH:mm:ss｣

戻り値:

int OK=処理続行、ERROR=異常終了、CANCEL=処理を中断(正常終了)

終了処理。保持していた変数などを開放する処理を記述します。
execute の後に実行されます。
