重複チェック

InRecordに指定された値に同じ値がないか
同じ値が存在した場合はUSER_ERRORを
それ以外はOKを返します。

なお、複数のアイテムがInRecordに指定された場合は
全ての列が重複している行を見つけた場合のみUSER_ERRORとする。

IOパラメータ取得。execute の前に実行される。

戻り値:

int OK=処理続行、ERROR=異常終了、CANCEL=処理を中断(正常終了)

execute

public int execute()

チェック処理を実行します。

戻り値:

　int BusinessRuleの戻り値を参照

exit

public void exit()

終了処理。保持していた変数などを開放する処理を記述します。
execute の後に実行されます。
正常終了・異常終了などに関わらず必ず実行されます。
