桁数(バイト数)チェック(比較演算子パラメータ指定)

InRecordアイテムのバイト数を取得し、パラメータを使用して比較を行います。
比較式：比較項目１ 比較演算子 桁数
・条件成立の場合には、OKを返す。
・条件不成立の場合には、USER_ERRORを返す。

※比較演算子には、＜　＞　＜＝　＞＝　＝　！＝が使用可能です。以外はERRORを返します。

IOパラメータ取得。execute の前に実行される。

戻り値:

int OK=処理続行、ERROR=異常終了、CANCEL=処理を中断(正常終了)

execute

public int execute()

チェック処理を実行します。

戻り値:

　int BusinessRuleの戻り値を参照

exit

public void exit()

終了処理。保持していた変数などを開放する処理を記述します。
execute の後に実行されます。
正常終了・異常終了などに関わらず必ず実行されます。
